If you prefer to pay your registration fees via wire transfer contact us for our bank information. Please remember to request that your bank pay all fees (from both the sending and receiving banks) when you arrange the transfer. All attendees must register.
CANCELLATIONS of participation must be made by 10 days before the start of the meeting to receive a partial (fee - 20% administration cost) refund of the registration fee. Registration cancellations after are not eligible for a refund, but the payment may be applied towards future symposia.
All registration fees should be received by us prior to the Symposium. We thank you for completing payment before you arrive.
Registration fees include drinks reception, lunch and refreshments throughout the conference.
